New Old Stock with case. “Singing Cowboys” gunmetal grey with scene in Red and Cream, Standard size 35 3/4″ long by 13″ wide, dark gray fretboard with splattered cream colored paint, Position dots painted in red. “Indento Tailpiece with its original Paper Label.
In the fall of 1939 the tailpiece was changed to an “Idento” made by Kluson. the “Idento” was a nickel-plated tailpiece with a place to insert an identification card, bearing the owner’s name and concealing the string attachment. This is the First guitar where I’ve seen the original paper identification label.
